NAACP Seeks Housing for ALL in Fairfax County
Speakers at NAACP Housing for All Forum March 14 told a large crowd to push county officials to have the political will and commit the funds to meet the huge need for affordable housing in Fairfax County. The forum drew 30 co-sponsors and follow up action plans are underway with our partners. Watch the video here.
Since then we have worked with co-sponsors to develop action plans for the next couple months that will show decision-makers that a broad coalition of people–from homeless advocates to low-wage county workers–support making Fairfax County affordable to the people who live and work here.
